He was an active member of Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. During his career, his work has touched individuals throughout the entire spectrum of life.

He started his career as a corporate operations and market analyst supporting healthcare executives throughout the country with initiatives focused on enhancing evidence-based models to healthcare. This work led him to develop a business model helping older citizens age in place.

Years later, he started a new journey as a governmental program analyst, where he learned a great deal about individuals experiencing health and retirement challenges.  With a continued desire to help people change their lives and overcome barriers to employment, he transitioned into workforce development where he successfully launched and grew a technology training programing, developed and oversaw staffing teams, and created employment pipelines for second chance individuals.

His research expertise and ability to launch operations led to work as a strategy manager where he deepened his understanding of formal project management, business intelligence, data analytics, and most importantly, how organizations align to make a stronger impact.

He has served as Board Chair of Mill Mountain Zoo and for the local Virginia Tech Alumni Association, and an Elections Officer. He has served as a fundraiser for a number of nonprofit organizations, spoken on young professional panels, and presented at business conferences on a variety of program development topics.

He continues his active community service through the Salem Rotary Club. He also serves on the Board for the Council of Community Services, Apple Ridge Farms, and the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Roanoke Valley program. He serves as mentor for the Gauntlet–a business plan competition and remains involved in the small business and startup community.  This work helps to hone his skills in business strategy and transformation.

In his free time, he loves to cook international dishes, weekend thrifting, kayaking, and conversations in coffee shops. His favorite authors are Dan Brown and Robert Greene. He grew up hiking, fishing, and walking along roaring rivers and finding solace in natural beauty.

He is dedicated to bringing his energy and insights to organizations and individuals who are making an impact.  He is dedicated to helping you make maximum impact in the community.
