I recently finished this book in June. Deep work lays out ways to help you focus in a chaotic world! It embraces the idea of retreat and being present with the work at hand. Newport provides case studies and tips on how to push through cognitively demanding tasks, master tough skills, and produce higher quality work in less time. I definitely recommend this book!
