Career Highlights

I currently work full time in the Strategy Division of a non-profit; however, I continue to help people prepare for the future of work through career development & upskilling coaching. I keep my finger on the pulse of workforce economic changes. I work with businesses to build resilient workforces and strengthen operations through project management, management consulting and data visualization. I launch passion projects that inspire more inclusive communities. Through this work, I find myself constantly growing…ever evolving. I am passionate about connecting with other who are bringing their gifts into the world.

I have worn several hats over my career and had the opportunity to jump into some amazing projects go getters within the community. I have launched several small businesses, raised money and awareness for charities, led workplace initiatives, built staffing teams, created management trainee programs, helped incarcerated people obtain employment, scaled a workforce development program in technology training. I have coordinated training for nurses in the South east Asia and helped establish a healthcare NGO (a non-profit) in West Africa. I’ve served on committees benefiting inner city youth and briefly on a governmental violence reduction taskforce.  I have chaired charitable foundations benefiting wildlife conservation and first year college students. I am an entrepreneur at heart, and use that energy to help organizations meet their strategic operational goals. I have written for several publications on community engagement, professional development, and senior living. In addition to writing, I have served as a panelist for conferences on philanthropy and professional development. The key aspect of my life and career is that I approach everything with an open mind and adaptability. Below are a few of my career highlights. .


Over the past two decades, served in management roles where I maintained responsibility for over 50 employees and became intimately familiar with business operations of various industries and the HR process. I have experience recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Served in analytical roles monitoring and reporting on staffing levels and operational metrics for facilities in multiples states. I used data to identify issues and strategize next actions for staffing operational optimization. I’ve led implementation projects for new software.

Developed marketing materials and supported employer branding initiatives. I have written content and managed websites and social platforms.

Oversaw the HR function for an engineering firm with approximately 40 employees with very little experience. We underwent a Department of Labor audit. We were found in compliance.

Established a wellness program, designed a management trainee program and an onboarding program for new clients.

Coordinated a certification based workforce development I.T. training program. I developed and delivered job readiness bootcamps and oversaw instructors in three regions.

Coordinated high volume staffing and for a division within a nonprofit. I was tasked with bringing onboarding in-house to the division. I was forward thinking in designing training pathways for direct team leaders, as well as developing training protocols for members of their team. At the peak of the role, I was responsible for 21 contracts and 75 team members.

In my employer relations work I have worked with employers in the region to employ individuals who were recently incarcerated. I have become familiar with a variety of recruiting, hiring and onboarding methods within the region.

These experiences that have allowed me led workplace initiatives, develop leaders and create systems that strengthen operations. My mission is to help organizations create stronger workforces and improve retention through research driven methodologies and continue helping people make their next move and make bigger impacts in their careers.
